Key Features

High Efficiency: Optimized lysis buffer ensures complete cell lysis and protein removal.

Fast Procedure: Complete extraction in 30¨C60 minutes (depending on sample number).

High Purity: Removes PCR inhibitors, hemoglobin, and other contaminants.

Scalable: Compatible with manual or automated systems.

Stable Output: DNA is ready for long-term storage or immediate use.

Protocol Summary

1. Sample Lysis

Mix 100¨C500ul whole blood with 500ul Lysis Buffer and incubate at 60¡æfor 10 min.

Centrifuge briefly to pellet debris.

2. Protein Removal

Add 200ul Protein Precipitation Buffer, vortex, and centrifuge at 12,000 rpm for 5 min.

3. DNA Binding

Transfer supernatant to a spin column and centrifuge at 10,000 rpm for 1 min. Discard flow-through.

4. Washing

Add 500ul Wash Buffer and centrifuge. Repeat twice.

5. Elution

Add 50¨C200ul Elution Buffer (preheated to 70¡æ), incubate for 2 min, and centrifuge to collect DNA.

Precautions

1.Use gloves and protective equipment to avoid contamination.

2.Ensure complete lysis by thorough mixing.

3.Do not exceed recommended centrifugation speeds.

4.Store buffers at room temperature; precipitates may form but can be dissolved at 37¡æ.

5.For long-term storage, keep DNA at -20¡ãC.
