Biological Activity |
|||||||
Flubendazole is an antiperspirant based on altering microtubule structure, inhibiting tubulin polymerization and disrupting microtubule function. Flubendodium induces apoptosis in human colorectal cancer (CRC) cells by blocking the STAT3 signaling axis and autophagy activation. Flubendazole induces P53 expression and reduces Cyclin B1 and p-cdc2 expression. Flubendazole is an anti-tumor agent. Flubendazole can be used to remove worms and intestinal parasites. |
