Protocol (For Reference Only)

Important: Protect HRP-conjugated antibody from prolonged light exposure. Centrifuge the vial briefly before opening. The optimal working dilution should be determined empirically for each application.

1. Sample Preparation and Electrophoresis: Prepare protein samples and perform SDS-PAGE according to standard protocols. Transfer proteins to PVDF or nitrocellulose membrane.

2. Membrane Blocking: Block the membrane with 5% non-fat dry milk or BSA in TBST for 1 hour at room temperature.

3. Antibody Incubation: Dilute the Anti-Beta-actin Antibody-HRP Labeled at 1:50,000 to 1:200,000 in blocking buffer. Incubate the membrane with the diluted antibody for 1 hour at room temperature or overnight at 4¡æ with gentle agitation.

4. Washing: Wash the membrane 3-5 times with TBST for 5-10 minutes each.

5. Detection: Apply ECL or other HRP chemiluminescent substrate and image using a chemiluminescence imaging system. Beta-actin is detected as a band at approximately 42 kDa.
